Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds or returns on personalized items. However, we aim for the highest quality in our work, and if something  is not done to your liking, or starts to fall apart, we are happy to redo or fix your items for you, within 14 days. Items must be unworn and unused. 

We love our customers and want to get you your products as soon as possible! We ship using USPS and UPS. (International and Customs fees will be paid by buyer.)

If you local to Southern California, items can be hand delivered within a certain distance to San Fernando Valley. 

Orders usually take between 2-4 days to complete and depending on shipping purhcased, shipping times vary. 

Rush orders are available as well as rush shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the carrier's website.
